BUBS is beginning the new year and our 25th-anniversary celebrations with a day of noble silence practice - a day of cultivation without verbal interaction or formal teachings. 

We welcome all to join us and begin the New Year with a One-Day NOBLE SILENCE Practice in UBV. This One-Day Noble Silence Practice aims to provide a conducive atmosphere for participants to cultivate inner peace through silence.

You may participate for the entire session between 8 am to 5 pm, or join us any time within the session, to meditate and commit to maintaining noble silence.
