To as far down as the lowest plane
In the entire universe
Whatever beings that move on earth
May they are free of mental suffering and enmity
And from physical suffering and danger
As far as the highest plane of existence
To as far down as the lowest plane
In the entire universe
Whatever beings that move on water
May they are free of mental suffering and enmity

To as far down as the lowest plane
In the entire universe
Whatever beings that move in air
May they are free of mental suffering and enmity
And from physical suffering and danger.
Let it fill our whole body
Focus on the feeling,
Direct this feeling to the beings in the chant….
Now you may slowly open your eyes.

Wherever I go, you are always in my mind.
There I embrace the Buddha Sasana

Standing clear and true.

Within these walls, there is a calm repose
Homage to Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha.
I sit down and close my eyes to meditate,
This clarity cuts through my muddled mind.
