We are delighted to inform you that Pejabat Daerah Dan Tanah Petaling  has on 31 January 2023,  approved our application to extend the lease of our land to 99 years from the current remaining period of 42 years . Our original  lease expires on 18 Mei 2065.

With the approved extension, our lease will now expire on 18 Mei 2122 - precious time given for us to continue fostering the growth of a Dhamma-inspired community and supporting the Buddha Sasana for the long term welfare and happiness of all beings. 

The premium to be paid for the extension of the lease (additional 57 years) is RM291,371.00  and to be paid on or before 31 July 2023 .

An extension of the lease is very beneficial to the Buddha Sasana. Hence, we would like to invite you to partake in this wholesome act and appeal to you to contribute generously towards the premium for the long term welfare and happiness of all beings.

A tax exempt receipt will be issued for your donation upon your request.

Donation will close on 30 May 2023 or upon reaching the required amount whichever is earlier.
