Let us recite the Opening Invocation after me
ALL:
To the Buddha, my spiritual teacher
To the universal Dhamma, Noble Sangha,
Holy saints, bodhisattas and spiritual guides,
Dhamma protectors and devas
I seek your blessings, guidance and protection
May the Buddha be at my head,
The Dhamma in my heart
And the Sangha by my side
To guide and protect me always
