Once again, BUBS will be participating in the 10th Edition of the 24hr Metta Chanting for world peace, harmony and stability, an annual event jointly organized by The Aloka Foundation and Buddhist Missionary Society Malaysia.  This year, the event will be conducted via electronic media, commencing at 9 am on 26 December 2020. 

BUBS has been given the 5pm-6pm slot on Sat, 26 December, together with the 1Buddhism chanting group from Malaysia and Singapore led by Venerable Hong Bok. The slot will begin with Venerable Hong Bok leading the chanting of the Buddha Vandana and Tiratanagunanussati at 5pm.  BUBS team will then continue by chanting Karaniya Metta Sutta 3 times, followed by 1Buddhism team chanting the Shurangama Mantra.
