1. What’s in store

Organised by BUBS, the objective of the Sukha Charity Food Fair is to raise funds for BUBS’s Dhammaduta (Buddhist missionary work) activities and to support operational and maintenance needs.

Date: Sunday, 24 November 2024

Time: 8.30 am to 2.30 pm

Venue: BU3 Community Centre ( next to Uttama Bodhi Vihara (UBV))  

We are delighted to inform you that we have over 50 stalls selling mouth-watering food such Penang Asam Laksa, Char Koay Teow, Nasi Briyani, Ice Kacang, Satay, Rojak, Vegetarian food, Penang Muar Chee, Thai Green chicken curry, etc . We also have Tong Sui, jellies, home made cakes, pastries and non-perishable products, handicrafts and many many more. 

Besides that, we have face painting and giant bubble, henna hand painting and not forgetting our haunted house inspired experience The Six Realms of Samsara put together by our Dhamma school students!

So, mark this date in your calendar and bring your family and friends for your breakfast, lunch and household shopping in support of a wholesome project. See you.

 2. Charity Fair Coupons

Coupons are available from Sis. Chye Gaik: 012-3787316 or the coupon counters at UBV on  this Sunday and the various coupon counters on the date of the Fair.

3. Bring reusable bags and food containers

To do our part for Mother Earth, we strongly encourage you to bring reusable bags and food containers for your shopping.

4. Parking

We are pleased to inform you that  parking spaces are available at SJK(C) Puay Chai 2.  Therefore, please park at the school and follow the instructions of the Rela Personnel and Scouts on Duty. Please park mindfully and do not  obstruct traffic.  We thank you for  your cooperation.
