Please be advised that Ven Ajahn Achalo’s stomach is allergic to raw/root vegetables like tomatoes, carrots, beetroots, turnips, and celery. He is fine if these root vegetables are cooked. No fresh or raw herbs like parsley, spring onions, or coriander as dressings.
