Join us for a one-day retreat led by Luang Por Lai (in Thai), a respected senior monk of the Thai Forest Tradition and a direct disciple of the late Ajahn Chah. With over 40 years of monastic experience, Luang Por Lai offers teachings that emphasise the cultivation of mindfulness and wisdom.

Elevate your spiritual practice in a supportive community by choosing inward reflection over outward distractions to nourish the mind and develop peace. Members and friends are encouraged to participate in this retreat.

Biography

Luang Por Lai Thipadhammo (Phra Khru Phavananukit), was ordained as a samanera at Wat Nong Pah Pong under Luang Por Chah as his preceptor in 1979. He received full ordination in 1980 at Wat Pa Wiwek. He is currently the abbot of Wat Pa Khantidham in Lamphun Province (near Chiang Mai), the 47th branch monastery of Wat Nong Pah Pong. Luang Por Lai is 67 years old.
