Who should attend?
Those who are interested to learn meditation. The course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the objective of Buddhist meditation and introducing basic Buddhist meditation techniques for beginners in a series of lessons. It helps one to understand oneself better and to help one live harmoniously with nature and the world.
