BIOGRAPHY
Dato Ir. Ang Choo Hong is a highly respected figure in Malaysia, renowned for his dual expertise as a professional engineer and a leading Buddhist thought leader. He was attached to the Public Works Department of Malaysia before retiring as its Director. His contribution to the Buddhist community includes serving as the Chairman of Yayasan Belia Buddhist Malaysia (YBBM), Advisor to the Buddhist Missionary Society Malaysia (BMSM), Executive Board Member of World Fellowship of Buddhists (WFB) & Executive Committee Member of the International Network of Engaged Buddhists (INEB) and also as President of the Malaysian Buddhist Research Society at one time. An engaging, bilingual speaker and author of several books on Buddhism, including Dhamma-based Leadership, Dato Ang is a dedicated Dhamma torchbearer known for his extensive efforts in sharing the Dhamma in Malaysia.
