There will photo session by each class on 14 & 21 April. Students are required to wear Bubs T-shirt with long pants/slacks or long skirt.
Ching Ming Dana by students of Dhamma School will be held on 07 April from 8.50am to 11.15am.
This event is an opportunity for parents to contribute food for Dana. Please bring cooked food and/or fruits to LG floor before 9.30am.
Parents may join students for the Blessings and Dana at Buddhacetiya Hall and Sanghadana Room respectively. Thereafter for community lunch on Lower Ground floor.
Teenquest students will have the opportunity to contribute DANA through the gotong-royong clean-up after lunch from 11.15 am to 12 noon.
With the support from volunteers, the Dhamma School is offering the following SIG classes.
a. Hymn Singing (10 years old and above)
b. Drama (10 years old and above)
c. Dance (10 years old and above)
d. Kids Yoga (4 to 10 years old)
The SIG Classes will be commencing from 3 March 2019 from 11 am to 12 noon except
Kids Yoga from 10.45 am to 11.30 am.
The SIG classes are for current students of BUBS Dhamma School only.

a. Classes will commence for all re-registered and new students, on Sunday 06 January 2019 from 9am to 10.30 am.
b. All students are required to be attired in BUBS T-shirt with long pants / skirt and be seated in Bhavana Hall by 8.50 am for the regular Dhamma School Assembly and yearly Students Orientation.
c. Pre-School Students (4-5 years old) can proceed directly to Viriya Classroom on 1st Floor.
d. Refreshment will be served from 10.30 am to 11 am for DS students. Parents are encouraged to sponsor children’s food and/or to volunteer their services for Refreshment Duty.

Chinese New Year Break
Classes will be on as usual on subsequent two (2) Sundays ie on 13 and 20 January 2019. Thereafter, the Dhamma School will be closed from 27 January to 10 February 2019 in conjunction with Chinese New Year.

The Dhamma School and SIG Classes will be closed for 2018 from 25 November 2018 to 05 January 2019.
Dhamma School will resume on 06 January 2019.
2019 New Intake
Registration is now open for new intake for children from ages 4 years old to 17 years old. Parents who are non-members of BUBS are required to attend the Induction and Buddhism course. Please share the news with your friends and relatives.

Dhamma Earth’s Kathina (Robe offering) Day is on Tuesday, 6 November 2018 from 6am to 3pm.
Well-wishers may donate for the Kathina at Dhamma Earth or through BUBS Sunday counter. The last date for collection at BUBS is Sunday, 4 November.

We are pleased to advise that the re-registration of students for Dhamma School for Year 2019 will be held on every Sundays from 07 October to 28 October 2018 from 9.30 am to 11.30 am. All existing students from ages 4 to 17 years old in 2019 who wish to continue to join the Dhamma School MUST re-register.
Those who do not re-register by 28 October 2018 shall be deemed that they are not interested to continue the Dhamma Class. Subsequently if they wish to re-join they will be required to follow BUBS Dhamma School new intake procedure.
The fee for re-registration and student materials is RM60 per student per year.
For your information, the operating expenses of the Dhamma School is approximately RM200 per student per year, and we seek your kind support to contribute generously to defray the operating expenses.

BUBS Dhamma School will be organising an Examination Blessing service including a talk on Exam Preparation. The Blessing Service is aimed at removing obstacles and reinforcing the confidence and well-being of students.
Members and their friends with children sitting for public examinations are encouraged to join this Blessing Service. Students from DS7, TQ2 and TQ3 are encouraged to bring along their friends and classmates.
The Blessing Service will be conducted by guest Monks from Sri Lanka Buddhist Temple, Sentul and is dedicated towards the success of the children in the coming public examinations ("UPSR, PMR, SPM, STPM etc”).

Kataññu kataveti, which is the Pali for gratitude is highly valued character traits and to be cultivated. In developing kataññu we deliberately bring into our consciousness the good things done to us in our life.

Cancellation of regular Dhamma Classes and SIG Classes
There will be no regular Dhamma Classes and SIG Classes on 29 Sunday 2018.
The school is only open for Parents Day Celebration. As such, students not registered for participation for Parents Day are not required to be present.
The new intake for 2nd term has commenced on 01 July 2018.
Parents who have yet to pay for the cost of DS materials are required to do so at the Sunday counter by this Sunday 08 July 2018.
Parents of new students are required to attend the Orientation on 08 July 2018 from 9.30 am to 10.45 am at Meeting Room located on Lower Ground Floor.
