We are pleased to inform you that Ven. Prof. KL Dhammajoti will be sharing the Dhamma with us on 30 August 2025 (Saturday), at 8:00 pm. The talk will commence with the evening Puja at 7.45 pm.

Biodata:

Venerable Professor K.L. Dhammajoti, having retired from the Centre of Buddhist Studies in 2014, founded The Buddha-Dharma Centre of Hong Kong to continue his scholarly work. The Centre integrates Buddhist studies with practice, offering MA and PhD programs in Buddhist Studies affiliated with the University of Kelaniya, along with special language courses in Pali, Sanskrit, and Classical Chinese.

A Contemplative Gathering in Gratitude for the Bhikkhu Sangha

Join us for a day dedicated to Sanghanussati – the recollection of the noble Sangha – through meditation, chanting, Dhamma reflections, and acts of gratitude. This is a time to reflect on the beauty and strength of the monastic and spiritual community that preserves and shares the Dhamma.

Myanmar Earthquake Relief Support

As we celebrate this meaningful day with our Teachers from the Burmese Forest Tradition, let us also remember the Monastics and lay communities whose lives are affected by the recent earthquake in Myanmar.

Support is much needed to help in relief efforts for the monasteries and the lay people affected by the earthquake. We will be sharing merits with the victims and families of those affected on this meaningful occasion.

Launching of BUBS 25th Anniversary Celebration

We are pleased to announce that the Bandar Utama Buddhist Society (BUBS) 25th Anniversary Celebration will be launched by a 25-member Bhikkhu Sangha, led by Ven. Chao Khun Keng, from 28 March to 30 March 2025 (Friday to Sunday). 

We encourage everyone to join us in celebrating this milestone event by offering meal dana, attending the Dhamma talks, and participating in all the activities.  We look forward to your participation in this meritorious celebration. Please  bring your family and friends
